I’m somewhat late to post this, but my  Birchbox came late, too! Above is a picture of fall trends, which was a part of a pamphlet that came in the box. Overall, I am disappointed with this box and I was much happier with my glambag! Every one of these services has an off month every now and then, and this was that month for Birchbox!

Breast Cancer Awareness Month at Ulta
October is Breast Cancer Awareness month, and while we should do all we can to help this cause year-round, this is a time to really pay attention to it! If you have ever had a family member or a friend, or friend of a friend deal with Breast Cancer, then you know how serious of a matter this is and how important early detection is. Myglam gone IPSY?!
Sooooo… Myglam apparently  switched owners or something because they are now ipsy. Not sure what that means, but what I do know is billing is exactly the same AND the bag that we received is WAY better! I may not know why they switched, but I am embracing this obvious upgrade with open arms!

Zoya Nail Polish Dupe
You won’t believe the EXACT DUPE that I accidentally found in my personal nail polish collection!!!! Zoya’s Charisma is a really pretty pinkish purple color that goes on shimmery and dries matte. Jessie’s Girl High Intensity Nail Color in Wild Thing is a much cheaper alternative to this color!

Simple Moisturizing Facial Wash Review
As a person who has extremely acne-prone, sensitive skin I am always on the hunt for a face wash that will go above and beyond to clean my face, but still be gentle enough for me to use at least 2 times a day, every day! I just so happened to be on twitter one day when CVS Beauty Club (@CVSBeautyClub on twitter) was doing a Simple Skincare giveaway!

NEVER FORGET: Find True Happiness in a Time of Grief
I just wanted to show my respects to all the fallen angels that were so wrongfully taken from us on 9/11/01. Having today as a day of reflection to remind ourselves to NEVER FORGET what happened that day. More importantly, we must never forget how we, as Americans, stuck together to keep our nation together in such a time of panic.
