Sugarpill haul from the Beautylish Store

I have been anxiously waiting for the Beautylish store to open for MONTHS! Well… It’s finally happened and I’m proud to say I’m order number 7… Which just so happens to be my favorite number 🙂 I wanted to just do a quick haul of the stuff I bought and I’ll let you guys know what I think about it in later posts.

First off, it turns out that the Beautylish store will actually feature different boutiques every month, and they decided to kick it off with Sugarpill for their launch! Sugarpill is a old makeup lover’s DREAM! Their products are so fun and vibrant and brilliantly pigmented, that you are guaranteed to get head-turning looks with their stuff! Anyway!! This is not supposed to be a Sugarpill rave, so I’ll just get straight to the point! 🙂

Totally loooooved the way this stuff was shipped to me! The box in the intro pic is how it looks on the outside, and the next 3  pictures are what I saw when I opened my box! Each item was individually wrapped in chartreuse tissue paper (which I DIED over, btw). 🙂

The personalized messages and attention to detail that they gave each shipment is extremely commendable. It honestly makes me want to buy more stuff from them! All of it was just too cute, but on to the juicy stuff now!

What I purchased:

The first thing I ordered was something I’ve wanted to get since IMATS LA 2011… The Heart Breaker Palette! I originally saw the Burning Heart Palette at IMATS and wanted it sooooo bad, but upon making this purchase I realized that those were colors I would hardly ever use. So, I opted for the Heart Breaker (it also came with a freebie). This palette was priced at it’s usual $34.00 and has 4 matte eyeshadow colors with pigmentation that’ll knock your socks off! The colors included are Mochi, 2AM, Acidberry, and Velocity (in case you want to pick up any individual shades).

The freebie that came with it is a Sugarpill pressed eyeshadow in the shade “@#$%!” which is a crimson red with silver sparkles. It can be applied wet or dry, of course, and was limited edition so I haaaad to pick it up!

Then I saw the loose powders and noticed the wet/dry swatches of them… phewwww…. those bad boys were gorgeous! I decided to pick up one ChromaList loose eyeshadow in the color magnetric! I haven’t swatched it yet, but you can see the pictures here if you’d like! This is a gorgeous magenta color with turquoise sheen/shimmer undertones. I am so glad this is the color I chose because it’s GORGEOUS!

I have to say I am completely smitten with my first Beautylish/ Sugarpill purchase and I am very pleased with the way Beautylish has their shop set up! You guys know I am addicted to their site, so I’m happy to see it succeed on another level! Have you bought anything from the site? What do you think about it!? Want to see tutorials from thrse products? Leave your thoughts in the comments, and I’ll catch you guys next time!

Love ya!

I bought this paletlte wanting to find the perfect purple. The red orange and yellow are amazing however I was really disappointed with the purple. It is so hard to blend and no matter what brush I use it never goes on evenly. Still on the search for the perfect purple =[ Saying that, the other 3 colours are super! Great pigmentation! And the hand signed thank you from the owner Amy was a really lovely touch. It was a treat opening the box to all the little special sticker touches!
