November 2012 Ipsy Glambag

Another AMAZING bag from Ipsy Beauty by You this month! I tell you what…. they keep this up and they may just become my FAVORITE monthly subscription service to date!!!!

Give me a good nail polish, and I’ll give you my heart!  Words to live by!!!

Ipsy gave us a full-size Nailtini nail lacquer in Millionaire this month, and I was ECSTATIC! I couldn’t wait to test this bad boy out, so I painted it over my Wet n Wild Nail Polish in Sugar Coat and wore it for Thanksgiving! This glitter polish has a base of rose gold micro-glitter with iridescent gold and teal tinsels. The tinsels are my favorite part, hands down!

They also gave us a sample of theBalm’s Meet Matt(e) palette (which I recently gave away on my Instagram). I am a lover of this palette, and this is a color I use often! It’s a dark brown eyeshadow that is completely matte and it perfect in the crease or  used in a smoky eye! What I love most about this palette is that it’s paraben-free, sulfate-free and free of phtalates! Gotta love those specs! Whoop!

This eyeliner was a nice surprise! It’s Starlet Intense Eyeliner in Black! It’s a very pigmented eyeliner, however it does smear. It’s not waterproof, but it may be good to use on the upper lashline. I would avoid adding this product to my waterline…. it may end in a smeary mess. Unless, that is, if you want a smoky look! This would be the perfect pencil to achieve that!

The next product I was initially excited about once I saw it, but.. I was let down! This is a beautiful lipgloss from bare minerals! This is the Marvelous Moxie lipgloss. The color is a deep magenta color and I couldn’t wait to put it on! I didn’t like it for a few reasons! 1) It’s sticky.. you guys know I haaaaaate sticky glosses (and so does my boyfriend lol). 2) I had to really build it up to see the color. That’s not a deal-breaker, though. I’m sure it would compliment any lipstick near that shade or with a light-pink color!

I really like this last sample… Chella Defining Eyebrow Gel! This gel keeps my brows in place, but also helps make my pencil look more like hair by making the brows look feathered out.

I am a beauty vlogger/blogger totally passionate about all things beauty! I am a girl's girl... So you'll pretty much find everything related to that on my site!
