Breast Cancer Awareness Month at Ulta

October is Breast Cancer Awareness month, and while we should do all we can to help this cause year-round, this is a time to really pay attention to it!

If you have ever had a family member or a friend, or friend of a friend deal with Breast Cancer, then you know how serious of a matter this is and how important early detection is. I won’t make this an extremely serious post, but if you want to know more information about breast cancer or how to see the signs early click here for an informative website.

With that said, a lot of money goes into research to find a cure! I know a lot of us are beauty addicts, but now we can shop with a CAUSE! Ulta is giving us plenty of ways to donate! First option is to buy pink products that are brands committed to donating proceeds to breast cancer research. There’s also the option of donating $5 or $10! With those donations you can get a tumbler, tote or umbrella with a portion of the proceeds going to The Breast Cancer Research Foundation. If you choose to skip on the gift 100% of that donation will go to the foundation! Also, if you donate on October 14, 2012 from 11AM-6PM you can get a FREE cut and color in the salon! HELLO!!!
