Boots No7 Beautiful Skin Cleansing Lotion and Night Cream Review

Hi my loves! I’m back with another review of a product I received for testing from my Influenster Beauty Blogger VoxBox! This time it’s the Boots No7 Beautiful Skin Night Cream and Cleansing Lotion! I love the size of these samples because I got a full weeks worth of use out of them to allow me to really see if I liked them or not! Both products are hypoallergenic, so I felt good about trying them without the fear of allergic reactions!

Let’s start with the Boots No7 Cleansing Lotion! I wasn’t 100% sold on this simply because my skin is acne prone, and I need a little extra help to fight off bacteria. It did make my skin feel clean and remove any excess makeup, but it didn’t help me ward off acne as much, as I had a few breakouts that I may not have had using my Murad. On the Boots website they claim that “the oils are optimized to be the most effective at cleansing away dirt without removing natural and beneficial skin lipids.” I would have to agree with this statement. I didn’t have that overclean/dry feeling that some cleansers leave your face with. My skin was also very hydrated and didn’t overproduce oil while I was using these products! If I didn’t have acne-prone skin, this would be a great cleanser.. hands down!

Finally, the Boots No7 Beautiful Skin Night Cream for Normal/ Dry skin. I love this stuff!!!!! I used it on my face and neck every night after cleansing, and I woke up with the most refreshed skin I’ve ever had!  The cream has Glycerin, Cocoa and Shea Butter that really puts in extra work to moisturize your skin while you sleep. That is when your skin is replenishing itself, so having a product like this really gives it that extra boost! The website says that it “replaces lost moisture and leaves you with healthy looking radiant skin,” which is a 100% true statement!

All-in-all I would recommend this product to anyone with normal/dry skin that is not acne-prone and doesn’t need strong chemicals to keep pimples at bay! I may keep using the night cream, though… my skin was just AMAZING when I woke up! 😉
